The moment I walked in, I felt a calm washed over me. The atmosphere and decor relaxes you instantly, putting me at ease. Their bar carries a variety of drinks, from Japanese Tea to Sake, letting you choose how you want to begin your experience. The head spa itself is amazing. Kim, my masseuse, is extremely professional and took great care of me. As the massage begins, a heated mask is placed over my eyes, soothing me and my tired eyes. I was so relaxed that I dozed off a little and missed much of the magic that was applied on my scalp. Needless to say, it was one of the most relaxing experiences and I am so glad it’s available here in Ottawa! The team goes above and beyond with their service. I am already planning trips with my girlfriends and my family to bring this joy to everyone I know. I can’t wait to go back and try other packages, including the one with the collagen masks! They even have a dedicated couples room, perfect for a relaxing date. Can’t recommend this new place enough!

Such a relaxing and welcoming place! It was my first time trying a head spa, and it truly felt like a treat from start to finish. The staff are warm, professional, and attentive — Kim and Kai are amazing.

The whole place is chic and exquisitely simple. All treatment rooms are private and thoughtfully designed, with heated beds that make the experience super cozy and comfortable. The ambiance is calm and inviting, the soothing background music really helps you fully unwind. One of my favorite touches was the steam eye mask (comes with the 1hr+ package) — it was incredibly relaxing for tired eyes. They also have a room with double beds that you can enjoy this restorative experience with a friend or loved one. The products they use are excellent — my hair felt smooth and silky after the blow-dry.

Whether it’s your first time or you’re already a head spa enthusiast, this is definitely a place worth visiting. A really sophisticated addition to Ottawa’s wellness scene!

Oh my gosh, what a hidden gem! My boyfriend and I got the “gift of calm” treatment. It was so relaxing. The treatment included an incredible scalp massage and shoulder/neck massage. I only wish the shoulder and neck massage were longer because it felt amazing! Staff are very kind and helpful. They make the experience really feel luxurious and like you’re getting pampered. They made us mimosas, took our coats when we walked in and offered us slippers. I would definitely recommend this place, great for a date night & for treating your partner to something special after a long day.

I had a very relaxing experience with my boyfriend. We both got the Kaizen Kokoro (mindful renewal). Kim and Emily did such a great job, that my boyfriend and I didn’t talk to each other during the hour massage. We ended up grabbing some drinks at the bar after. I would recommend the Sakura lychee, it’s so good. Great atmosphere and definitely a place to try.

I got the 1hr head spa massage and it was absolutely amazing. I felt so relaxed and rejuvenated. I especially enjoyed the shoulders and neck massage that helped relieve tension and headache. The orangina drink was delicious. I definitely recommend this. You have to try it. What an awesome experience!
