Very disappointed with the quality and service. I used to come here regularly, but my last several experiences have been frustrating.
The quality of the subs has noticeably declined. The last three times I ordered, the sandwiches were mostly filled with coleslaw, with barely any chicken. If I wanted a coleslaw sub, I would have made one at home. Itβs disappointing to pay for a chicken sub and receive something that feels poorly portioned.
On three separate occasions, I pre-ordered food for pickup and was told it would be ready in about 20 minutes. Each time, I arrived 20 minutes later only to find that my order hadnβt even been started. I usually ended up waiting closer to 40 minutes. I completely understand that delays happen, but I donβt understand why the wait times arenβt communicated honestly.
One particular experience was super disappointing. When I arrived, the staff member told me he had been in the middle of changing the oil when I called, which is why he hadnβt started the order. Iβm not sure why that wasnβt mentioned during the phone call. He told me it would take 10 minutes, so I stepped out and returned after 10 minutes. Then it became another 5 minutes, which eventually turned into an hour. The restaurant was empty the entire time.
Unfortunately, based on these repeated experiences, I would not recommend this place if youβre looking for consistent quality or timely service.
