I ordered the mixed grill plate and loved it. It was light and not oily at all, which I really appreciated. I also called to make a few customizations, and even during a busy time the staff were patient and accommodating.

Very disappointed with the quality and service. I used to come here regularly, but my last several experiences have been frustrating.

The quality of the subs has noticeably declined. The last three times I ordered, the sandwiches were mostly filled with coleslaw, with barely any chicken. If I wanted a coleslaw sub, I would have made one at home. It’s disappointing to pay for a chicken sub and receive something that feels poorly portioned.

On three separate occasions, I pre-ordered food for pickup and was told it would be ready in about 20 minutes. Each time, I arrived 20 minutes later only to find that my order hadn’t even been started. I usually ended up waiting closer to 40 minutes. I completely understand that delays happen, but I don’t understand why the wait times aren’t communicated honestly.

One particular experience was super disappointing. When I arrived, the staff member told me he had been in the middle of changing the oil when I called, which is why he hadn’t started the order. I’m not sure why that wasn’t mentioned during the phone call. He told me it would take 10 minutes, so I stepped out and returned after 10 minutes. Then it became another 5 minutes, which eventually turned into an hour. The restaurant was empty the entire time.
Unfortunately, based on these repeated experiences, I would not recommend this place if you’re looking for consistent quality or timely service.

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The hummus and foul were very fresh and full of flavor, just like homemade food. The hummus was smooth and creamy, and the foul was perfectly seasoned.
The grilled meats were cooked to perfection—juicy, tender, and well-spiced. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients. Everything was served hot and fresh.
The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The restaurant felt clean and comfortable, which made the experience even better.
Overall, this is an excellent place for anyone who enjoys authentic Middle Eastern food. I would definitely recommend it and will be coming back again.

Not sure where to start: the always smiling staff, the delicious food or the beautifully picked background songs!!!
I love this place: a place that am welcomed at with wide smile, a place where you can enjoy soft Arabic music and a nice chat with who you ever with. the food is amazing, nice portions with decent prices. They even give you better choices for a healthier meal!!! 😉

I’ve tried this place a few times and it’s usually a hit. Most of the time the food tastes great, but when it gets really busy you can tell they get a bit rushed. Outside of peak hours though, the quality is consistently solid. Overall, a strong 4/5.

I’ve been to this place a few times for their breakfast which is really good by the way. I came here wanting to try the Farooj which is cooked over charcoal and it was amazing. Chicken was super juicy and very flavourful. 10/10 would come back. Just keep in mind it takes 30 minutes to prepare.
