Island Flava

Island Flava catered our office lunch this week and I think the best review that I can give is that every person who tried chef Lennox’s food was smiling and raving about how great it all was.
The curried chicken was particularly delicious.

Service is friendly but the food is not good.

The jerk chicken was so dry and overcooked. It’s dark meat so difficult to obercook but texture was like overcooked white meat. Bean rice was good. Flavor of jerk chicken was ok, average. Overall for price you pay and quality, bad taste and poor value.

yesss this the real deal. I really enjoyed every bite of my meal. I ordered a curried goat roti and it was just like home. amazing flavors and the price is right for the portion. I will definitely order again.

the amount of protein compared to the rice is so funny to me, yes it does come off as a big portion but paying almost 30$ for a plate with 3 plantains, thank god i ordered plantains on the side.. i got 2 of the same plate for 78$ total btw.. just not worth it in my opinion.
I’d rate the meal a 7.5/10
portion to price ratio needs to change!
