Dante Restaurant

We visited this restaurant tonight to celebrate my partner’s birthday and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. We were greeted warmly on arrival and treated exceptionally well throughout the evening.

We chose to share all of our dishes, which was welcomed without hesitation and made the experience feel relaxed and accommodating.

The food was excellent. We began with the Tagliere Misto, a fantastic charcuterie board, with the prosciutto being a standout favourite. We also shared the butternut squash ravioli and the seared cod, both of which were beautifully prepared and thoroughly enjoyed.

Although my partner wasn’t interested in dessert, the staff kindly offered a limoncello shot and a birthday song, which was a thoughtful and memorable touch.

Thank you for the attention to detail and the lovely dining experience. We will absolutely be back.

The atmosphere is the perfect mix of cozy and chic.

All staff, including the manager, Karim and our server, Alessio, were attentive and welcoming.

The food was so delicious that I forgot to take photos of most of it. I enjoyed the calamari with a light, lemon/garlicky aioli. My partner, a big carnivore, gave top marks to the perfectly soft veal cheek.

My wife and I recently visited Dante Restaurant for the first time, and all I can say is wow. This place has been open for just over a year, yet it already feels like one of those rare, authentic hidden gems you wish you had discovered sooner.
From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed with a smile. The restaurant itself is small, cozy, and charming—nothing flashy, but full of character. The menu is simple in the best way possible: not overwhelming, but thoughtfully curated with dishes that clearly focus on quality over quantity.
Our server, Alessio, was outstanding. Professional, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable, he walked us through the entire menu and took his time explaining all the daily specials. His passion for the food and the restaurant truly added to the experience.
For appetizers, I chose the tuna carpaccio, while my wife went with the calamari. Both dishes were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. For the main course, I ordered the fish of the day, and it turned out to be an excellent choice—perfectly cooked and full of incredible flavour. My wife had the stuffed chicken, which she loved just as much. Everything tasted homemade, balanced, and prepared with real care.
Even though we were already full, we couldn’t resist trying their pasta, so we ordered a side of fresh pasta to share—and it was absolutely worth it. You can immediately tell it’s made in-house.
To finish the night, we shared their tiramisu, and let me tell you… wow wow wow. Hands down one of the best tiramisus we’ve had in a long time. Light, creamy, and bursting with flavor.
A special mention goes to the owner, who took a few moments to sit with us and chat. He was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely passionate about what he’s doing. It’s rare to see that level of engagement and hospitality.
Overall, we loved everything about our experience. The food, the service, the atmosphere—it all came together perfectly. We will definitely be coming back, and this time we will bring friends and family with us.

Dinner at Dante’s was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we stepped through the door, Karim—the gracious owner—Alessio, our attentive server, and the warm-hearted team made us feel instantly at home. Their hospitality elevated an already delicious meal into something truly memorable. Every dish, from the appetizers to the entrées, was bursting with flavor. And the finale? A heavenly hazelnut cheesecake paired with a flawless caffè affogato. Pure bliss.

We just got back from the most amazing lunch at Dante! The food was sublime, the service impeccable and the whole experience was just so much fun. I can’t wait to go back. We had focaccia bread with chicken and bacon and a pear and arugula salad, the most wonderful gnocchi and dessert was chocolate disc’s served with pistachio ice cream. Edited to add: the lemon biscotti is AMAZING and I asked if they sell it. The waiter came back with five of them I could take home with me. SO awesome and wonderful ❤️
