The Latin Paradise

We thought they were closed as the tinted windows look very dark from outside (and from inside, can’t see anything).
The beer was warm, we asked twice for a cup of ice. The server didn’t speak any English so I had to translate for my table of 4, not a big deal. As we eating the room got really smoky.
The veggie enchiladas were very plain, no seasoning at all and had lots lots of celery.
On the other hand, the chicken tacos dorados were one of the best I’ve had in Ottawa. I will def get take out sometime soon.
