Burger Factory

Excellent food and excellent service.
I brought my kids in for a couple burgers and thoroughly enjoyed the meal and the service.
Their credit card machine was not working when I was there and they were not able to process my payment. The employee was on the phone with the payment machine company while we ate our meal. By the time we finished our meal, the required downloads were still not complete and there was no way to process my payment. The employee was very considerate in not making me wait any more with my kids (there was at that time no apparent end in sight for repair of the payment machine).
I would definitely come again and would recommend Burger Factory to others.

Her genuine kindness, simplicity, open-mindedness, and above all her attentive listening truly make a difference. It’s an excellent place for any person looking for a better quality hamburger. They literally give you the option to build your own type of burger and combo. The Korean French fries are delicious too. 🙂

As tourists checking out Parliament Hill and Byward Market, we were looking for decent halal options for dinner nearby within our walking distance. Bored with the usual middle-eastern options like kebabs and shawarma, we needed something different, but still halal. And that’s when we spotted Burger Factory on maps. We are regular Burger Factory customers in the GTA, and we knew what the menu and food would be like. Ordered the usual Cheesy Lucy combos with twister fries, and safe to say the taste at this outlet was just as great as it is back home in Mississauga and Toronto. Plus the staff was super friendly and accommodating, we were having issues with cards and payments and the staff (I believe it was the owner himself) fully cooperated with us. Overall it was a happy dinner experience in the last hours that we spent in Ottawa.
