Absolutely incredible experience! This Turkish restaurant serves the best Turkish pide I’ve had in town—hands down. The flavors were so authentic and truly unique, you can tell everything is made with care and pride.
The mezes were delicious… each one better than the last—fresh, rich, and full of flavor. Honestly, I could have just eaten mezes all night and been happy.
On top of the amazing food, the service was outstanding. The staff were so welcoming, kind, and always smiling, which made the whole experience even better. You feel genuinely taken care of here.
Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for real Turkish food and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back! 🇹🇷✨

Friendly service that makes you feel at home. Portions are generous, food was excellent, homemade Ayran was amazing and the Turkish tea kept flowing. The lentil soup, fresh baked bread and appetizer trio were an unexpected surprise.

Although there has been an explosion in the number of Turkish restaurants in Ottawa, Sultan Suleyman should be at the top of your list.

Bonus points goes to the fact that they are open 24hrs a day, which is unheard of in this city.

One of the best Turkish restaurants in Ottawa! The food is outstanding ✨so flavorful, fresh, and perfectly cooked. You can really taste the quality in every dish. The chef personally welcomed us and was incredibly kind. The service is very good, with kind and attentive staff who make you feel welcome. The atmosphere is warm and pleasant, perfect for enjoying a relaxed meal. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We had an amazing time at this Turkish restaurant Sultan Sulyman. The food was absolutely delicious—rich flavors, perfectly cooked meats, and fresh, authentic ingredients. The kebabs were tender and full of flavor, and the bread was warm and freshly baked.

The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. Everything arrived quickly and beautifully presented.

If you’re looking for genuine Turkish cuisine with great service and a lovely ambiance, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommended

I am very happy to have this Turkish restaurant in the area. Food is great, portion sizes are large, mezze is fresh, sauces are flavourful, meats selection is great (lamb, beef many cuts, chicken), salads are well presented and salad sauces add flavour. There is also a good selection of mezze. I tried several dishes and quite liked the Sultan Suleyman special and Ali Nazik which is a smoked eggplant pure with lamb cubes. Baklava was super fresh and interestingly served with ice cream that is placed in the middle of baklava at your table. Complimentary mezze selection, soup and Turkish tea are nice touches. Service quality is great, friendly and fast as there are 2 servers and another person at the cash register. The place opened in Nov 2025 so the decore is fresh and the pace is newly renovated.
